The hotel is clean, in a great location in North Naples 
"This was my first time at the DoubleTree and I will definitely stay here again when visiting Naples. The hotel is clean, in a great location in North Naples, close to the beach, and the staff is wonderful and very welcoming. The fitness room is more than adequate. The breakfast is delicious. They have wonderful cookies available all day plus snacks in the bar along with coffee and tea all day. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to a return visit soon ! "
Maid service was very good "We stayed here for 2 nights during a 3 week stay in Florida. The room was lovely and clean. The maid service was very good. The food around the pool at lunchtime and drinks were reasonable. The pool area is nice with beach towels provided. Bars and restaurants in the area are within easy reach. I would recommend to anyone passing through. I can"t say enough about this hotel. I can honestly see why it"s rated number one in an area that already has quite a few very nice hotels. It"s in the service and the little touches. The suites are great, and everything is extra clean. But there is so much more to recommend the place. The greeting and the service was extra warm and friendly. They have the wonderful cookies, of course. There is free coffee and tea and hot cocoa available--nearly unheard of for a full-service hotel. There are USA Todays, Wall Street Journals, and local papers available at the desk. All of the trash cans in the room have both bins for regular trash and for recyclables. Everything about the place just seems geared toward making your stay as comfortable as possible."
The warm cookies are also a really nice touch! "We stayed here as a stop-over on route from the Keys to Orlando for a family wedding in December 2010. Although we were only there for one night and didn"t experience the restaurant, we thought the staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, it is in a good location on the US41 and is really good value for money. The warm cookies are also a really
